30 Day Exchanges
At Vulum, we have Exchange Only Policy.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
You may exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it meets our exchange policy requirements.
This means your extensions must remain untouched and in original condition — not excessively handled or removed from their protective packaging or security seal. The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
You may open the box to check the color, but the extensions must remain securely sealed and unused.
We will not accept an exchange request if the item has been:
- Washed or exposed to moisture
- Cut or altered
- Heat-styled, curled, or straightened
- Removed from its original protective packaging
- Dyed, toned, or chemically treated
- Tried on, worn, or fitted into the hair
Once your item has been received, it will be inspected before an exchange can be issued.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the item is not in original condition. Denied items will be returned to the customer. You’ll receive an email confirming whether your exchange has been accepted or declined.
We aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible; however, depending on delivery time frames, it can take up to 4 weeks. Most exchanges are completed much faster.
If you need your exchange expedited, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accelerate the process. To help, please ship your item promptly using Express Post.
Do not return your item without contacting us first. If returned to the wrong address, we won’t be able to process the exchange.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely. We cannot process exchanges for items we have not received.
Always keep proof of postage or tracking information.
If you selected Express Shipping at checkout, this cost is non-refundable.
If you’ve already paid customs duties or taxes, you can contact your local customs agency to request a reimbursement. The process varies by country.
All items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled.
We will, however, honor exchange requests and replace any faulty items.
