Where Do We Ship

We ship worldwide, bringing Vulum’s premium extensions to women everywhere.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $325 USD.
Free shipping covers delivery charges only. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for international orders are not included in your checkout total.

If your shipping address is outside of Thailand, your local customs office may require you to pay additional import fees.

Where We Ship From

All Vulum products are shipped from our assembly & design studio located in Thailand.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods (such as holidays or major sales events), processing times may extend slightly.

All orders are shipped via trusted third-party couriers.
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee arrival dates under any circumstances. Shipping times are provided as estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or global events.

Estimated Delivery Times

• North America: 5–12 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Middle East: 10–21 business days
• The Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Shipping Times During Sale Periods

During global sale events (e.g., Black Friday or Cyber Monday), please allow additional time for processing and delivery. High order volumes and carrier delays can cause longer-than-usual transit times.


Fumigation or Certificate of Origin

Some countries may require additional customs documentation such as a Fumigation Certificate (FC) or Certificate of Origin (COO).
If your local authorities request these documents, please contact us at support@vulumhair.com and we will assist you.
Additional documentation fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
If applicable, we will inform you of these costs before arranging the documents.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

In some cases, your parcel may arrive before tracking updates are posted online. If you experience delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the courier directly using the tracking details provided — or reach out to us at support@vulumhair.com for assistance.



International Taxes & Duties

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means duties and taxes are paid by the customer upon arrival. These fees are separate from the shipping cost and are not collected by Vulum.

Occasionally, couriers may pay these charges upfront on your behalf to expedite customs clearance. You will then be required to reimburse the courier before your package can be delivered. The exact rates and fees are determined by your country’s import policies.



Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping details — including name, address, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout. If you need to modify your address, contact us immediately at support@vulumhair.com.

Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.


Delivered But Not Received

If your package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the courier with your tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered to the provided address. For added security, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes Signature on Delivery.
