Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window: We offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date of purchase.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, hair extensions must be untouched, unused, and in their original condition with all protective packaging and security seals intact. Items that have been washed, cut, or altered in any way are not eligible.

Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for eligible exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may purchase your own tracked shipping label through your preferred carrier.

Refunds: We have an Exchange Only policy. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
